Value Light Jet Buy-Back Agreement 

Sierra is so committed to the VLJ program and concept that we are willing to offer a conditional money-back guarantee for the aircraft we sell through our exclusive Sierra VLJ Buy-Back program.

Anytime within 2 years of the purchase date, Sierra will re-purchase a Sierra VLJ – no questions asked.

Buy-Back values are a function of 3 things – Times and cycles on the aircraft, where and who did the maintenance and time since the purchase from Sierra. Percentages that Sierra will offer range up to 80% of the purchase price and are determined at the time of purchase.


As with any aggressive program like this there are rules and limitations.
Here are the major points of the Buy-Back contract: 

All scheduled and unscheduled maintenance has been performed at appropriate intervals by appropriately rated facilities and in accordance with the manufacturers approved procedures. The aircraft has not had any damage since the purchase from Sierra. Abuse, negligence or operation outside the manufacture’s operating limitations or FAA regulations could affect the buy back percentage. The aircraft is in license and airworthy condition, with installed engines and equipment in normal working order and all inspections are current. The SierraCom maintenance tracking program was in-effect continuously since the purchase. All original airframe and engine logbooks (complete and continuous since new), maintenance manuals, flight manuals and other normal equipment considered part of the aircraft shall be delivered with the aircraft. Sierra will complete a pre-purchase inspection at Sierra’s facility and acceptance shall be at the sole discretion of Sierra Industries, Ltd.
